1. Scope

These Conditions of Sale govern orders placed by consumers through the ARVENEL & CO. online store.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Conditions of Sale.

Nothing in these Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately, including descriptions, materials, colours, sizing and photographs.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and display devices.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and our Size Guide before ordering.

3. Prices

Product prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer's selected market.

The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and shipping charges where relevant, will be shown before the customer confirms the order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already accepted.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may contact the customer before accepting or fulfilling the order.

4. Orders

To place an order, customers must provide accurate and complete information and follow the checkout process.

Before submitting the order, customers have the opportunity to review and correct their order information.

After an order is submitted, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Product unavailability
• Obvious pricing or product information errors
• Payment failure
• Suspected fraud or misuse
• Inability to deliver to the address provided

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be subject to verification and authorisation by the relevant payment provider.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where applicable.

Complimentary standard shipping may be available on eligible orders over €100, subject to the conditions displayed on the website.

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Where no specific delivery date has been agreed, delivery will take place within the period required by applicable consumer law.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.

7. Transfer of Risk

Where we arrange delivery to the customer, responsibility for the goods generally remains with us until the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.

8. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact:

clientcare@arvenel.co

The customer should clearly state the decision to withdraw and provide sufficient information to identify the order.

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and, where applicable, no later than 14 days after notification.

Further details are available in our Returns & Refund Policy.

9. Return Costs

Unless the goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods under the statutory right of withdrawal.

Customers are advised to use a tracked shipping method and retain proof of postage.

10. Refunds Following Withdrawal

Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, we will reimburse payments due under applicable law.

Where required, this includes the cost of our standard delivery option.

Additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard option are not refundable unless required by law.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or the customer has supplied evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

11. Handling of Returned Goods

Customers may inspect goods to determine their nature, characteristics and fit in a manner comparable to what would reasonably be permitted in a physical store.

Where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection, we may make a deduction reflecting any reduction in value where permitted by law.

12. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods where permitted by law, including:

• Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised
• Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

These exceptions do not affect rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

13. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Goods

If goods arrive damaged, defective or different from those ordered, please contact:

clientcare@arvenel.co

Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

Where goods are defective or do not conform to the contract, remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.

14. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Consumers benefiting from European Union consumer law have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for new goods.

If goods are defective or do not conform to the contract, the customer may be entitled, depending on the circumstances, to repair or replacement free of charge and, where the legal conditions are met, to a price reduction or refund.

This legal guarantee is separate from and additional to the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Nothing in these Conditions limits any mandatory statutory guarantee or consumer right.

15. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible and provide an appropriate refund where necessary.

16. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to specific conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes:

• Have no cash value
• May be subject to expiry dates
• May not be combined with other offers
• May apply only to eligible products or orders

17. Liability

We are responsible for performing our obligations under the sales contract in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

18. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where such an event materially affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and provide the remedies required by applicable law.

19. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customers may review our Privacy Policy for further information about how personal information is collected, used and protected.

20. Consumer Complaints

Customers should first contact our Customer Care team to attempt to resolve any complaint:

clientcare@arvenel.co

21. Consumer Mediation

Where French consumer mediation rules apply, consumers may have the right to use an approved consumer mediation service free of charge after first attempting to resolve the dispute directly with us.

The details of the competent consumer mediator must be displayed here once the applicable mediation service has been formally designated.

22. Applicable Law and Consumer Protection

These Conditions are governed by applicable French law, without depriving consumers residing in another country of any mandatory protections available to them under the laws applicable to their consumer relationship.

Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer and jurisdiction rules.

23. Changes to These Conditions

We may update these Conditions of Sale from time to time.

The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when that order is placed, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
